- Consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies/marketing),
- Legal obligation (compliance).
5) Sharing and disclosure
We may share information with:
5.1 Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Service (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, customer support). These providers may process data only on our instructions and must protect it.
5.2 Stripe (payments)
We use Stripe to process payments and handle billing-related transactions. Stripe processes data under its own privacy terms.

Where required by law, we will request consent for non-essential cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
7) Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Backups may retain data for a limited additional period as part of routine disaster recovery.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information (such as access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring). No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
9) International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you reside (for example, in the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
